“demystifying read” 不值得dogmatic about什麼經典,現代瑜伽基本就是一個洗白再創造的過程。不先練核心肌肉做很多體式都可能受傷,不做有氧提升cardio不可能減脂,緩解壓力提高覺悟可以單練呼吸內觀,自己也來配菜創造就好
評分讀的是中文版,一,瑜珈不是有氧運動(這點不是盡人皆知?),二,瑜珈減速新陳代謝在某種意義上說反而利於脂肪堆積;但與此同時瑜珈舒緩壓力也能讓人避免暴飲暴食和不良作息;三,瑜珈從科學數據來看,就是個很矛盾的運動(當然啦);四,瑜珈肥腸催情,增強性能力。
