对哈佛出的书有点失望的说，讲真，这本书新入职的人可能看不太懂，常常做汇报的人又会觉得没什么用，读完没有突破。里面虽然罗列了一些注意事项和简单用法，但是也都是废话，就是长脑子的人不用看书想想就能琢磨明白的事儿，除非是懒得想。
