看書名一開始還以為是一本學術性的書籍，後來發現是一本personal development範疇的書。看看作者引用的那些人：Jim Rohn（作者的mentor）, 安東尼羅賓，博恩崔西，John C. Maxwell你就大概知道這本書的基調瞭。有點小失望。不過隔一段時間復習復習這些東西也挺有好處的。 ...

這本書可以用短小精悍來形容，幾乎正本隻證明瞭一個簡單的道理就是：持續＝成功，並不需要短時間內做多大努力，而是一點一點積纍的過程。通過這本書我給自己定製瞭計劃： 1 堅持記錄我每天的開銷 2 堅持記錄我每天的食物這兩項總結30天一個流程，然後分析結果，做齣目標計劃...

這個先齣版的不是一個作者原子的方法論感覺就是這本書精進加工後的像是一個人寫的卻不是感覺這本書很有用不像一般的勵誌書講瞭半天等於沒講很多國外的譯本翻譯過來太假大空瞭現在的書不打開來看真的不知道到底值不值這本書方法論多實踐起來也不錯的再去看看原子習慣...
