非常诚恳的自传。写了荣格不断向自我内部探索的一生，不是说大话总结式的论调，而是具细的描述了那些对他而言重要的或深深地触动了他的产生于他内心的那些想法和visions以及他的反思。其中不乏一些光怪陆离的成分，以及荣格热爱的超自然元素。虽然几度读的觉得“这究竟是啥？”但我就爱这么诚恳的作者！唯一觉得可惜的是书中实在太少提到与他人的interactions对他的影响

最后几章关于易经与道家的整理有些仓促收笔。但是荣格一生温润细腻、心怀千古的气质真是令人起敬。值得二读。????

Biographies might not be justified in any sense. A piece of work itself is the best magnification, as Jung himself regarded so at first. To reflect one’s life is not unnecessary, but time can cloud or even wipe away. Journals and letters are better portrayers? Bold strokes could misrepresent sometimes.
