There are many subjects and objects, but there are more humans. And it is only due to the excellent writing that objects can become humans. One of the best writings I’ve ever read.

看到后面就不太喜欢，作者卖弄点知识嘲笑点中国人，到处跟人谈文化大革命，就想找出来中国人没主见傻乎乎毛很差劲的观点，然后站在自己高于普通游客（确实不一样，有钱！）的立场上同情西藏，搞得他有多么懂一样，中国人世俗得很，白皮人也虚伪得很呢；作者一直强调86年的中国思潮是修修补补又三年，工人胳膊被机器吃掉，夸耀的是事后把胳膊缝回去而不是加强保护。然后又讲了类似的男性生殖器重建手术，类似增高疗法，修修补补还能用，就是看着真疼????

为啥这本我没标？最近为了一件事儿，重新再看保罗索鲁的书，80年代的中国在他笔下栩栩如生，还有那种一贯的幽默、刻薄劲儿。可以说是何伟之前以外国人角度写非虚构中国的第一人了。
