George R.R. Martin sold his first story in 1971 and has been writing professionally ever since. He has written fantasy, horror, and science fiction, and for his sins spent ten years in Hollywood as a writer/producer, working on Twilight Zone, Beauty and the Beast, and various feature films and television pilots that were never made. In the mid 90s he returned to prose, his first love, and began work on his epic fantasy series A Song of Ice and Fire. He has been in the Seven Kingdoms ever since. Whenever he's allowed to leave, he returns to Santa Fe, New Mexico, where he lives with the lovely Parris, a big white dog called Mischa, and two cats named Augustus and Caligula who think they run the place.

预言不是用来改变命运，而是用来自掘坟墓的。 薄姬是魏王豹的后宫。相士许负预言她必生天子，魏王豹自然美滋滋：妾侍的儿子是天子，自己还用说么？他在楚汉间摇摆不定，韩信破魏，他被虏至荥阳，为周苛所杀。薄姬没入后宫，管夫人和赵子儿的一句玩笑话让刘邦心血来潮“幸”了...  

首先必须一提的是，当年剧还没开播时，冰火贴吧里有我最喜欢的冰火人物的投票，排名依次是：小恶魔，詹姆，囧雪，艾莉亚，布兰…… 所以我的三观和审美并没有问题！！ ！ 幽默毒舌各种神吐槽，把爱情看得高于一切却被欺骗和背叛，重视骑士精神却被世人误解、背负了一世骂名，以...  

昨晚我梦见自己在读“冰火”，纸面上的字迹馨香齐整，像清澈的溪水沿着渠道款款流淌，像画框内的柳枝随风飘摇，燕子翻飞。 这些都不该是“冰火”给人的感觉。但在梦中我是如此享受，抚摸着书页。下意识中，我知道那是在读卷六。 而现实中，我的确在热切期盼着卷六的出版。 卷五...

春秋战国，礼崩乐坏，民不聊生。被摆了一道，思念缺席者，好在游历异域（南地风光，隐忍芬芳的血橙；海怪岛风暴将起；刺客之家，感谢马丁安置苦难赋予arya的戾气勇气，给她童话般新开场），野心宽广。瑟曦唱主角，几本冰火真就是她的露怯过程，残忍而不可自视，因此不理解人性，与侏儒弟弟相反；她未曾从那个命运与男权主导的帐篷里走出来。詹姆持续怀疑与羁绊，我想他可能，并非不幸地，永远找不到最后安宁。老人逝世孤女新生，都是抛却一切后认清自我本源，留下匕首，回到无忧无虑城邦。牧师视角揭露黎民情状，小小一篇却悲悯难得，所以有此本题目，全城的乌鸦，都向大人致敬。“复活”是牛逼意象，乱世多出怪力，本质是秩序崩塌，你背叛礼义，我背叛不可一世的死亡。写对话妙趣横生，英文真有趣！所以老爷子搭了小八百页的戏台，何时才能开演呢

【2013.12.15 - 2014.01.12】今年读完的第一本（闲）书！可能是没有Tyrion等人的视角【作者说放在第五部了】，而很多笔墨在描写我不关心的Ironmen什么的，加之没有什么让人目瞪口呆的情节，总觉得不如前一部精彩。目测这个摊子越铺越大，不知道怎么收尾哩。接下来读第五部。
