如南希所說的，“world”和“sense”是一種同義詞關係，world不僅僅是“sense”的關聯詞，更是作為“sense”的結構，反過來，sense 也是作為world的結構，絕對價值與相對價值也是構成性地相互依存。文中還有其他類似的結對，有點容易繞暈。

感覺就是南希的感覺哲學的全麵錶述，有點像短章的做法，而不是那種可以看齣明晰結構的論著。譯者的序言從政治和美學這兩者關係的角度把這本書提綱挈領地分析瞭一遍，但是帶著這個地圖進入南希又會迷路。太難懂瞭，而且最大的麻煩是使用的詞匯動不動就拆開詞根詞綴，每個詞都感覺要從古希臘或拉丁文來理解。海德格爾的背景又非常深，讀起來真心不好懂。但是fragmentation和wholeness的概念可以在the literary absolute那裏找到起源。
