這一本其實比上一本更適閤當寫作Bible。語言更好，由淺入深，結構清晰，又幽默。三條需要注意：1、common law與German law的深刻聯係；2、common law注重關係，而不是絕對的權利義務問題，這是很有趣的洞見；3、Pound寫作於社會法學興起的時代。總括，common law也從原始到成熟，也隨著社會政治改變而發生著深刻的變化。沒有理由認為，中國不可以經曆這樣一個過程。在這期間，唯一希望沒有動蕩。隻要有時間，一切都會慢慢建立，慢慢完善。
