这学期公共经济学的主要参考教材之一。本科学这门课时也是用这本教材。Helmuth Cremer说这本书有点out of date了，而且例子都是跟美国有关的（Hindricks和Myles那本则比较倾向欧洲），外加用到数学太简单；于是立刻打消了我重读这本书的欲望。
