前面讲心理，后面讲技术。两方面都有一些启发。心理上主要是承担责任，赔钱了从自己身上找原因。操盘手法虽然简单，但也实用。日内常见翻转时间总结得不错。关于出场也讲得比较在理。基本上不涉及基本面分析，因为是短线交易的原因吧。
