非常经典又中肯的书。特别是后面strategy 和mini courses.

大二实习时导师推荐，当时真是too young，too simple。被安排做什么事时不懂得去琢磨原因，自然做不好，也不会有很大收获。可是也就是这样一步一步的长大的，如果不敢把自己的弱点暴露，怎么接受指导。还是要把目光放长远，承认自己有多无知，尽力往前走吧。此书需重读。
