Elizabeth Gilbert is the author of a short story collection, Pilgrims-a finalist for the PEN/Hemingway Award, and winner of the 1999 John C. Around the time Elizabeth Gilbert turned thirty, she went through an early-onslaught midlife crisis. 读后感

我相信，这世上太多事情，太多人与人之间的际遇，是讲求缘分的。 我不得不说的是，中国出版业的编辑，毁掉了不少非常不错的原版书。无论是编辑对原著书的精神的理解，以及拿着低稿费草草了事的翻译们，都是对原著有着某种程度上的曲解。但是，话又说回来，他们也的确是不容易...  

迄今为止，对这本书最不满意的就是中文译名，一辈子做女孩。如果有的时候对书的名字拿捏的不是很准的话，不如直接按字面翻译，可能结果要好一些。不过，除了名字之外，其他整本书的翻译都很灵，看起来很舒服。 我想，书的作者不仅仅是想要女孩般干净，年轻，宁静的心态，更是...  

年纪大到一定程度，就会对人力产生极端无助的感觉。事实上作为个人命运，这完全不是主观、客观、先天际遇或个人努力能够达成的顺理成章，也不是有付出就一定有收获。您在这边厢“鞠躬敬瘁死而后已”，人家那边厢已经“谈笑间樯橹灰飞烟灭”，到最后怎么不可能产生对命运的敬畏...  

说到睡前读物，《Eat pray love》绝对是极好的选择。边读就边想，一定要和你们分享这本书，但看到一半时，就送给了朋友。等到卓越再送书来，半个月已经过去了。可惜的是，朋友却无心看这本书。不禁感叹：有心栽花，花不开。我以为可以缓解她纠结许久的心事，却不料并无裨益。 ...

作孽的读英文版就是个错误，这本书里不止有英文意文和印度语，还有诡异的逻辑思维方式！完全不能强迫自己看完！MB老娘当初干嘛要去买这种东西啊！

游记大概写到这个地步，就够了。

就听了意大利和巴利的部分. 这个作者有把很舒服的声音.是目前为止所有的audio book里头听得最顺的一本. 不过态度嘛,就是典型的美国人啦.

真好看。找到自己的影子。读的时候悄悄地跟着念出来，有种介于祈祷与吐槽之间的畅快感。

印尼的部分最有趣。整部書以說教和經歷兩部分組成，說教部分總讓我昏昏欲睡。
