這書讀起來頭皮發麻，也許是錶達習慣文體，跟讀老捨的某些小說一個感覺，細節太細，情節卻薄弱。讀瞭半天，發現沒有獲取多少信息，翻譯也比較差，一點也不流暢。據說媲美《尤利西斯》，估計，單是就不好閱讀上來說的吧？
