Jackie arrived in Hong Kong in 1966 and was immediately drawn to its dangerous city, Kowloon's Walled City.
It was amongst the people of this place, known for its hopelessness and despair, that God worked to transform her life and Hong Kong 's Walled City through her.
And her work is recognised by the former Hong Kong Government, University of Hong Kong and she was awarded an MBE in 1988.
She has also written Crack in the Wall depicting the life and death of Kowloon Walled City.
