完整读过的第一本英文小说。正如推荐者所言，这本书店阅读难度不大。即使有些单词不认识，连蒙带猜不去查字典也没有关系。总体来说，适合初学者～也正是这本书，提升了我对英文阅读的兴趣。若是日后我的英文有所提高，这本书的功劳很大～

前期铺垫了很多，来去调查了很多，但最后大恶人的死法太快太简单，结尾与之前内容对比仓促的只描写下各自人物的皆大欢喜，有可能跟现实多少有些联系，不能说的太露骨。最后说明了在西伯利亚那片冻土还真实存在这样一个研究生产原子弹的地方，人类社会必然会包骨悚然。小说写的时间过早，不知现在俄罗斯是否还存在这种威胁。
