【深焦】雖然感覺也主打科普嚮，但Bordwell寫的書言簡意賅，深入淺齣。很微妙的掌握瞭學習總結和科普之間的平衡。很多章節換個口吻就是學術嚮瞭。或許，大智若愚的學術型科普文章？文筆真好呀

這本上世紀的經典好萊塢研究（或許）依然是該領域研究的權威著作，徹底、清晰、極具洞察力，是研究關於經典好萊塢是如何被構建用以錶達意義的關鍵理論框架，是建立在大量文本閱讀、影片分析之上的嚴謹的經驗主義分析。個人覺得the classic Hollywood style和historical implication of the classic Hollywood cinema兩部分最好。
