花一个半月时间看完了《鸟鸣》。书尽管厚，读来却并不沉闷。这还要感谢作者塞巴斯蒂安·福克斯相对通俗的写法，并没有在涉及一战的部分采用宏大叙事，而是把视角转向战争中的人性，写陷于战争中的那些孤独而备受煎熬的灵魂，他们似乎微不足道的苦与乐，他们遥远的希冀与现实的...
