吉米·哈利 James Herriot（1916—1995），原名James Alfred Wight，蘇格蘭人。一個多纔多藝的獸醫，也是個善於說故事的高手，被英國媒體譽為“其寫作天賦足以讓很多職業作傢羞愧”。
