卡瓦利─斯福劄 ( Luigi Luca Cavalli-Sforza )

史丹福大學醫學院遺傳學榮譽教授，人稱遺傳學界泰鬥，也是當前基因組多樣性研究計畫的主要發起人。著有《人類基因的歷史與地理》(The History and Geography of Human Genes)及《人類大遷徙》(遠流齣版)。

Luigi Luca Cavalli-Sforza was among the first to ask whether the genes of modern populations contain a historical record of the human species.
