这本绝对不适合做入门读物.... 因为历史主线不是很清晰穿插了大量阿拉伯文化和伊斯兰教的内容影响阅读进度让习惯看断代史的中国人很难适应...

一直在找一本介绍阿拉伯历史的书籍，正好看到马坚翻译的这本书，于是就买了，正在看。翻阅了一下，书写得不错，翻译得也很严谨，推荐大家看看。

阿拉伯的世界太晦涩了，花了一下午才堪堪看完第一编，我被满纸的奇奇怪怪的名字折磨的快要睡着了，第一次知道原来穆罕穆德和买买提是一个意思，只是翻译不同而已，我觉得我已经快无法直面穆罕默德这个名字了[捂脸]后来是找出世界地图对照着看才有点感觉的。支撑我看下去的理由...
