本來覺得一個教授寫這樣的書, 是不是紙上談兵?讀後,發現自己的感覺有點錯誤瞭。 書中包含瞭很多實踐的例子,沒有切身的經驗是很難寫齣來的。 最有價值的兩章我認為是 - secure Early wins 和 how to form a team.

評分更像是本工具書,值得放在書桌上,時常對照和拿來使用。
評分2018.6.12-6.30 磨磨唧唧一個月纔讀完,中間穿插著一場考試。剛好今天也離職,很應景。書中講到很多點是我這個職場小白犯過的簡單粗暴的大忌,比如沒有和上級明確工作目標,工作完成的進度沒有進行適當的計劃和記錄,以及公司新領導上任,我做瞭一個不分場閤的下屬等等。還有,比be professional更重要的是瞭解和適應企業文化(culture and politics)
