花瞭兩個月，斷斷續續，終於讀完瞭。蘭登教授齣色地展示瞭如何超越語法、某些過分追求簡潔的寫作規則，鼓勵讀者構造長句，從中探尋寫作的趣味，逐步建立可以錶達“我”和“我所認為的真實”的風格。文中最為令我印象深刻的是關於Cumulative Sentences的解析，蘭登把句子比做階梯，強調句子的層次和流動，讓我進一步理解瞭字句間的節奏。此外，蘭登還解構瞭Suspensive Sentences，為Balanced Sentences正瞭名。最後一章，鼓勵讀者開始寫作，保持寫作，將寫作傳遞下去，讓句子活過來，讓浪潮流動起來。這對句子的愛，真切地打動瞭我。閱讀過程磕磕絆絆，我有太多的不懂。但是，探尋的過程趣味盎然，絕對值得。
