Agatha Christie is known throughout the world as the Queen of Crime. Her books have sold over a billion copies in English with another billion in 100 foreign languages. She is the most widely published author of all time and in any language, outsold only by the Bible and Shakespeare. She is the author of 80 crime novels and short story collections, 19 plays, and six novels written under the name of Mary Westmacott.Agatha Christie's first novel, The Mystery Affair of Styles, was written towards the end of the First World War, in which she served as a VAD. In it she created Hercule Poirot, the little Belgian detective who was destined to become the most popular detective in crime fiction since Sherlock Holmes. It was eventually published by The Bodley Head in 1920.In 1926, after averaging a book a year, Agatha Christie wrote her masterpiece. The Murder of Roger Ackroyd was the first of her books to be published by Collins and marked the beginning of an author-publisher relationship which lasted for 50 years and well over 70 books. The Murder of Roger Ackroyd was also the first of Agatha Christie's books to be dramatised - under the name Alibi - and to have a successful run in London's West End. The Mousetrap, her most famous play of all, opened in 1952 and is the longest-running play in history.Agatha Christie was made a Dame in 1971. She died in 1976, since when a number of books have been published posthumously: the bestselling novel Sleeping Murder appeared later that year, followed by her autobiography and the short story collection Miss Marple's Final Cases, Problem at Pollensa Bay and While the Light Lasts. 人文的这套里，这本是汤米杜本丝夫妇最后一次出场了，《命运之门》似乎是发生在后来，但不知为啥没有收录。 这一本里，汤米和杜本丝貌似比《密码》里年纪更大了。结尾处杜本丝在危机时刻突然惊惶地意识到：可是我也老了……我没有信心打败她…… 看到这里有点伤感。 但是也...  

呀好喜欢这对夫妇啊！！！好可爱！！！老了还这么有意思！闲不住的塔彭丝和无可奈何的汤米 wonderful match 案件本身仔细想想还挺无语 汤米姨妈在疗养院死了 死之前夫妇去看她 然后那个兰阿姨自己屁话多装神弄鬼神经兮兮引起了塔彭丝的怀疑（这位老奶奶是智慧 好奇心超级强 行...  

年少时候读古龙与金庸，基本都过了一遍。至今仍念念不忘《绝代双娇》的首段，而《楚留香》里关于白玉美人的一段描写现在也能顺口而出。但是想来古龙作品中我能记住的，除了这两段也基本上只剩几个人名了。倒是金庸七上八下的15部作品，而今大都情节清楚，结局明白。 眼前阿婆...  

比较喜欢的一本书，虽然书封如此阴森，其中确不乏温情。 自己也时常有女主那处寻微探幽的念头，也对曾经的某处空间留有一生无法释怀的某种情结。 夫妇间平实真切的关心和温情，烤鸡的小伙子可笑的智慧，最终的真相残忍也令人动容。 算是一本好书。  

阿婆笔下的汤米和塔彭丝夫妇，原著比电视剧（故事被收编到了《马普尔小姐探案》里）来得更精彩、更现实，事实告诉我们，纵然有着强烈的第六感，但也并不代表背后的真相能够手到擒来。 原著里的塔彭丝和汤米是对普通的英国中年夫妇，过着退休的生活，儿女早已成家，每天的日子简...
