This should be a seven-page story instead of a three-hundred-page book. The detective appears to be unnecessary and stupid in the whole novel. The method of murder is unimpressive, and I don't understand why in the hell he takes so long but finds no evidence to convict the murderer in the end. Terrible reading experience.
