This is the story of those items." ——个人最喜欢前面六个物品的描写，小黑裙，女式套装，牛仔裤，cashmere，白衬衫，高跟鞋。我觉得每一个在时尚界里工作的人，都必须对这几件基本的单品深有感情的，但是很少人会去说个究竟，作者很有心地简单地描写了其进化过程，以及个人的感受，大部分我都很赞同，所以这本书的摘抄也做了很多，是本2003年出版的书，中文版应该有。
