評分這本書的底子就有問題,企業最大的目的是什麼?利潤?這也許沒有問題,雖然我不認可,但是如果這個是齣發點,那麼所有運營中的中心,會在客戶身上嗎?會以客戶為齣發點嗎?另一方麵,麵對競爭的話,利潤中心如何落地?我覺得企業創辦的目的,就是是否讓彆人更好,這個彆人大體來說,就是客戶。比如福特創辦汽車的時候,就是能讓更多的人開的起車。如果以利潤為中心,那麼就不會再有這樣的偉大理想,那麼就客戶也會逐漸拋棄,因為有彆的廠傢更能滿足這個偉大的理想。
