这是一个朋友知道我对插画日记感兴趣之后推荐给我的书，据说这个是不用专业训练也能画得好的典范，纪录生活中的各种物品、景色和人物。看了之后才知道原来它起源于一个平常生活日发生的一个家庭不幸。这是一个中年人在生活巨变之后，开始重新观察这个世界所写所画的自白书。

原来是个励志的故事。

作者是最近在油管上粉的一位sketcher大叔，画风轻松自信，人也非常活泼开朗，充满创意，他自己的网站介绍也直接了当：I am a creative guy. 但很难想象，他35岁才开始画画，并且遭遇了重大家庭变故——妻子（才刚生了孩子不到一年）不小心掉入地铁轨道，被地铁碾压导致半身瘫痪！这种事，怎么敢想象！这本书就是最绝望时候的他，如何开始绘画并得到力量的。
