每个达人内心都住着一个小孩。童年创伤的问题、童年创伤对人生的影响、 儿童的心灵是如何受伤的。。这些值得了解。受伤的程度不分大小因人而异，关键是最终呈现的结果。学习爱护受伤的内在小孩，每一个成人自己的新能量由自己定制。  

读了不少类似的书，但都是当时感觉好一阵，过后又滑回到旧的生活状态。在恰当的时候恰当的地点读了这本书，觉得很有用。  

每个人内心都有个内在小孩，其实这本书是要让我们明白所有的一些情绪都是被认可的，要学会倾听自己的内心，学会与自己做朋友，学会自己支持自己。亲爱的，外面没有别人，只有你自己。其实很多成年人长大了，但是却始终不知道自己是谁，这本书，也是认识自己的一次探索。 很...
