读后感

读了不少类似的书，但都是当时感觉好一阵，过后又滑回到旧的生活状态。在恰当的时候恰当的地点读了这本书，觉得很有用。

对每个成年人来讲，他都需要归回内在，抚慰曾经受伤的内在小孩。足以调整自己的心灵，更好应对今日复杂多变的世界。使自己和家人生活得更加精彩。 我不得不说过：这是在是一本很好的书，对我及我的家人、朋友都大有助益。
