進食雞湯實用指南。2020讀毫不過時。做人只為追求快樂不切實際，不快樂難免，不需為不快樂感到羞恥。美國文化的過份渲染。選擇來歐洲是正確的選擇。不必盲目追求生命的意義，著眼當下，然後拼出未來。再苦難的人生也有它的存在意義。

在无解的苦难之中，如何向内找到意义，从而避免虚无？一天之内读完的；然而我对这书的实际感情很复杂，大约因为作者是心理医生而非哲学家吧，我为之感动震撼，也被他鼓舞启发，却并不觉得找到了答案。是感性的阅读体验，不是理性的得到解答。但是依然是值得力荐之作，为了这份感性体验。当晚就推荐给Y先生了。
