畫風好看，畫功感人

很不喜歡法老王作者的繪畫風格和法老王的口吻，雖然法老王的人體結構和文物美術描摹是可以看齣功底的。傑剋蘇的設定和口吻令我十分蛋疼，幾乎就想打個2分瞭事。比起百元大鈔來說，法老王是個徹頭徹尾的綉花假貨，而百元大鈔令我看到一個真實的，有優點有缺點有尷尬有挫敗有成功的美國大男孩，他的篇章雖短，卻是鮮活的。猩紅海盜，從開頭幾乎就能猜到結尾瞭。

被這傑剋蘇設定震驚瞭。這本書裏的法老不是一個沒有感情的人，他會製造懷舊香水，還喜歡貓。他雖然說要拯救世界，但並不是因為世界應該或者值得被拯救，他就是想證明自己是一個偉大的人物，能做齣一番豐功偉績，被世人仰望，而拯救世界是一個證明自己的機會。Well, why so serious, my good man?

《法老王》前傳中獨立度較高的一冊，對於原作較為簡化說明的功利主義正義如何在法老這個旁觀者的生活中演化齣來，作瞭沒有太大突破但仍舊細膩的詮釋。拱形漫畫格優美且切題瞭法老追求的復古。

相當ooc又膚淺的同人，分鏡和構圖成謎，以及這個法老王大概是頸椎有問題。
