作者介紹：賈德•魯本菲爾德就讀過普林斯頓大學、尤利亞德戲劇學院和哈佛大學法學院，現在是耶魯大學法學院副院長、講座教授。魯本菲爾德最近齣版的的著作是《司法革命：美國憲法的結構》（哈佛大學齣版社，2005年）和備受稱贊的《時間和自由：自治的憲政理論》（耶魯大學齣版社，2001年）。
