波頓的電影大概是4年前看的，整個過程昏昏欲睡，直到最後父親的葬禮上看到那些故事裏的“巨人”、“巫婆”、“連體姐妹”，像兒子一樣突然理解瞭父親和他的故事。周末花5個小時兩口氣讀完瞭英文版，沒想到竟會被這麼簡單的文字拽著一直讀下去。書裏沒有波頓的夢幻，在平實中有種樸實而浪漫的憂傷：一個愛講故事而且隻講故事的男人一生的故事。"Remembering a man's stories makes him immortal.
