在高壓下，可以感受到案件調查在重重迷霧中的掙紮和壓迫感，但不是很能接受結局，失控的狂暴背後的無力感。對設定的凶手，不是很能接受

沒能找到這本書的中譯本，暫且算它還沒被引進吧。算是康奈利的水準之作吧，雖乏善可陳卻也是一個閤格的故事。康奈利貌似也對種族歧視矯枉過正這件事頗有微詞，看到美國人在書裏吐槽這件事還是挺有趣的。

按照時間順序來讀的Harry Bosch係列，那麼可以說這是目前幾本裏麵我最喜歡的，可能至少一個原因是因為我在被劇情強烈吸引到寢食不思的時候仍不忘匆匆記上幾筆綫索，以至於我竟然能比Bosch 提前看齣loose end，頗為振奮！或許說明我已逐漸摸清瞭作者的套路也未可知？哈哈哈。劇中對於internet的普及對話讓我瞬間穿越，後來發現原來此書成書時間如此之早。然而其反映的問題塑造的社會環境卻毫無時代隔閡感，堪稱經典之作。

3.12 -15 snow| a mixture of tawdry tabloid stories featuring abused children and sex fetishes and disorders which would be trendy for a long time and ambitious serious literature where the author tried to capture a turbulent period and ruthlessly dissected the beloved but flawed detective as well as the whole system entertaining as always
