在讀這本書之前，完整讀過的英文原著隻有John Storey的《Cultural Theory and Popular Culture An Introduce》。這本書就是一個文化研究的簡史，但其晦澀難懂直接讓我斷斷續續一個多月纔讀完。不過這本《The Study of Language》卻完全沒有給人這樣的感覺，很輕鬆半月搞定。（...
