Lynne Gross在美國加裏福尼亞州馬裏布的Pepperdine大學講授“電視節目製作”課程。以前，她曾經從教於富勒頓的加裏福尼亞州立大學、Loyola Marymount大學以及Long Beach市立學院。
她作為Valley有綫電視颱的導演，工作在電視領域。她是幾百部電視片的製片，基中包括係列劇《從贊美到運氣》、《好好生活》和《眺望宇宙》
