作者介绍：贾德•鲁本菲尔德就读过普林斯顿大学、尤利亚德戏剧学院和哈佛大学法学院，现在是耶鲁大学法学院副院长、讲座教授。鲁本菲尔德最近出版的的著作是《司法革命：美国宪法的结构》（哈佛大学出版社，2005年）和备受称赞的《时间和自由：自治的宪政理论》（耶鲁大学出版社，2001年）。

这本书我给的5星，真不知道那些没给5星的是不是没有认真静下来看过这本书。我是一口气，一晚看完。这本书的一个特点就是对情节的描述如果眼前的画面，一帧一帧的随着书页翻动不停的展示出故事的场景和情节，镜头在切换，让你知道同一时刻，另外发生的事件，感觉太棒了。
