约翰•塔格（John Tagg），艺术史学者，策展人，主要学术成就在摄影研究领域。他于1980年代中期从英国移民美国，长期担任纽约州立大学宾汉姆顿分校的艺术史教授。《表征的重负：论摄影与历史》是他出版的一部较有影响的摄影理论文集，本书曾被一些专家列为摄影领域的基础读物。

-译者简介-

周韵，博士，教授，现就职于江苏第二师范学院。主要研究方向为西方美学和文化，在先锋派理论方面有一定研究，发表相关文章十数篇。译有《大分野之后：现代主义、大众文化、后现代主义》，编有《先锋派理论读本》。
