"Wonder," her mother said, "is when the song thrush sings so sweetly from the tree that you forget the time of day."
A white feather on the grass. A scrap of golden cloth dangling from a tree. When Lara finds these signs in the garden, she's certain an angel must be nearby. And sure enough, right there in the morning sunshine, an angel suddenly appears! "Will you tell me something about wonder?" the angel asks her. "Go now and find the answer." Lara's father, mother, and brother all have good ideas, but will Lara be able to think up something wonderful of her own?
