不得不说，做这本书的老外很细心。书中提到的基本都是做为一个非native speaker在听native speaker说话时最难理解的地方。 以我为例，我习惯听写英语新闻来学英语，但是有些读法，实在让我沮丧，因为他们读单词太随意，有时两三个单词一连读，根本就分不清谁是谁。 而且，这种连读是没有规律的，不知道什么时候出现。 未知的东西总是带来恐惧感。这样的沮丧感会伴随我每一次对英语的听说读写。 这本书告诉你这样的规律，连读，重读，略读都有规律可循，且必现，消除你对未知的恐惧。
