What the patient takes beyond his power of digestion does harm. 有一定指導意義的書，個人認為Intro diet不必按照書中作者所列食譜進行（主食隻吃肉2天，受得瞭嗎？），遵循要點，一切聽從自己身體纔是閤適的。

有一定的指導意義，隻是按照書中推薦的方子和飲食的安排，在日常生活中，很難做到，尤其是要平衡一傢人的口味。（還不包括教育傢裏的其他人。）
