很多觀點都太左瞭，令人不敢苟同⋯plus作者真的很囉嗦，整本書幾乎全是paraphrasing，不外乎都是「法律中缺少morality」「精神上的損失被忽略」這些意思，完全可以簡略成80頁。p.s.不過看得完這本書是因為語言不錯，感覺有助於寫作。
