最近常常有這種感受：在剛開始進入一個領域時，找到一本邏輯清晰、提綱挈領的好書，是一件多麼幸福的事情。關於末世論，這本書就是這種類型。末世論不是僅僅是係統神學最後一章無足輕重的內容，而是已臨未臨的張力，在過去（基督在十字架的工作）、現在、將來都有直接應用。很有啓發的一本書，G.K. Beale推薦的時候說，這本書是可以給教會裏沒有神學背景的平信徒讀。最後提一點，作者持無韆觀點。
