保羅．弗雷勒（Paulo Freire, 1921-1997）

巴西著名成人教育學者及教育工作者，也是西方20世紀下半期以來最重要的教育學者之一，其著作對於第三世界影響極為巨大。近年來，弗雷勒的教育思想與理念隨著批判教育學在西方的日益盛行，而愈發受到重視。他的教育理論在西方則已然為左派教育理論傢的最愛，引發不少激蕩。弗雷勒其他重要作品包括《受壓迫者教育學》（Pedagogy of the Oppressed）（巨流，2007）、《解放教育學：轉化教育對話錄》（A Pedagogy for Liberation Dialogues on Transforming Education） （巨流，2008）。

國立颱灣師範大學教育學博士。現任國立暨南國際大學課程教學與科技研究所副教授兼所長。研究領域為教育哲學、教育社會學、媒體素養教育、文化研究、科技哲學、比較教育等。著有《後現代知識論與教育》、《當代文化與教育—文化研究學派與批判教學論的取嚮》；編有《教育哲學與文化叢刊8—人權教育與師資培育》。
