白瞎了好题目。为什么诸帝国在二战后退出殖民地时表现不同，作者认为取决于国内政治中是否有多种力量拥有否决权，如果是则政策变化很难发生，如果否则较容易发生。个案无法支撑论点。也可能poli sci的作品确实欣赏无能吧。
