韩秀峰，中国科学院物理研究所研究员、博士生导师。课题组组长。1984年毕业于兰州大学物理系，1993年在吉林大学获博士学位。主要从事“自旋电子学材料、物理和器件”研究，包括：磁性隧道结及隧穿磁电阻（TMR）效应、多种铁磁复合隧道结（MTJ）材料、新型磁随机存取存储器（MRAM）、磁逻辑，自旋纳米振荡器、自旋晶体管、磁电阻磁敏传感器等原理型器件的研究。已发表SCl学术论文200余篇，获得中国发明专利授权50余项和国际专利授权5项。与合作者研制成功一种新型纳米环磁随机存取存储器（Nanoring MRAM）原理型演示器件、四种磁电阻磁敏传感器原理型演示器件：其中“纳米环磁性隧道结及新型纳米环磁随机存取存储器的基础性研究”获2013年度北京市科学技术奖一等奖。
