作為續作真是不咋地，有時覺得作者成心不讓女主好過，而且對比來說第一部實在是太美好瞭。但單獨作為描述mourning過程以及如何走齣的書來看的話，還是有不錯的地方，起碼我淚眼瞭好幾次。

續集也看下吧。 The only way to avoid being left behind was to satrt moving. 不是忘記，就是要繼續往前走瞭，要去開始新的生活瞭。喜歡其中很多細膩的描寫。

前半部分節奏太慢，有點狗尾續貂的感覺。梗概：到瞭法國去的Louisa混得並不成功並迴傢在機場酒吧打工。在傢喝醉酒從房頂掉下來摔個半死。恢復後被逼參加互助會認識一群奇怪的人，認識瞭她摔下樓時救瞭她的救護車司機Sam。第一部男主Will跟大學女友生的叛逆期女兒Lily找上門。跟Lily發生一係列爭吵，最後發現真相並和好，把Lily交給瞭Will的媽媽撫養。途中和Sam搞在一起，還一直糾結這樣對不對得起死去的Will。 Sam遭遇槍擊，Louisa醒悟Sam是真愛。書裏齣現過的所有好人在樓頂開趴體，與亡人告彆。最後Louisa獨自前往紐約工作追逐夢想，跟Sam異地戀。完。
