The myth of black men being “superhuman” and “monster like” is not new and sadly still persists today (remember Ferguson?) Taking a twist of Lovecraft’s originally racist tale is quite interesting 以及我一直以为克鲁苏是真的acient mythology……

Fascinating！从现实到魔幻的切换衔接极其自然。虽然知道是horror/fantasy但还是被吓到了，不是被The Sleeping King而是when he was stopped by two white male, when he was followed by three white kids, when he was on the train constantly disturbed by white people。
