非常好的书，直白的道理，没有任何pedagogical的废话说教和放之四海皆准的self reflection之类的心理安慰剂。作者提供了不少小技巧，甚至手把手告诉在一些场合应该怎样回复应对。 对于early career的postdoc和assistant professor非常实用。读完后印象最深的两点，不停的强化自己的CV， 和集中在一个小领域并做到最好。
