Ages 4^-8. Davy is the youngest bunny in the family, and he is not having a good day. He breaks Daisy's toys, knocks down Donny's playhouse, and collapses Dan's secret burrow. To console himself, he hides in the pantry and eats a bowl of blueberries--only to find that he has devoured the family's special treat. Confronted by his angry siblings, he is told that "saying sorry isn't enough." He then helps correct the damage he has done, after which there are kisses all around. The didactic tone of the story is greatly alleviated by Tharlet's warm watercolors, which are large enough for group viewing and are filled with bunnies that look soft and fuzzy enough to hug.
