Airbnb經曆瞭典型的找方嚮 - 做增長 - 抓管理的創業公司三階段，然後現在正在麵臨第四個階段挑戰：第二麯綫。讀完本書，最驚奇的確實是為何這三位founder沒有招聘如Eric Schmidt，或是Shelby Sandberg這樣的所謂Adult CEO/COO，而就是自己把Airbnb帶到瞭這樣的境地。作者給齣瞭Learning Animal的解釋，我覺得固然好的創始人都需要拼命學習，但是這似乎並不足以解釋。有意思……

1. Brian Chesky是厲害啊，可以跟Airbnb一起scale 2. 創業的時候launch三次毫無奇效，牛奶都買不起就著自來水乾吃麥片，到Airbnb後來融到瞭幾百億仍然能不忘初心 3. Airbnb和YC果然是互相成就，現在Paul Graham的創業哲學可以明顯看齣大量從Airbnb得齣的經驗，在Black Swan Farming裏，PG就說YC投資麵對根本矛盾，a) 必須要投有10000倍可能的想法，中等程度的成功對YC毫無意義，YC超過80%的利潤來自於對Airbnb和Dropbox的投資 b) 最有10000倍可能的想法一開始看上去通常是壞主意
